PRODUCTION TEAM - Nick Van Beek grew up in the warm world of hospitality, with a grandfather who ran a bistro and a mother who had her own business. This family connection to the industry, combined with his social nature and love of atmosphere and enjoyment, inevitably led him to a career in the industry.
His adventurous spirit drove him to Oslo, Norway, where he spent two years exploring the international hospitality world. Nick considers this period one of the highlights of his career, a time he looks back on with pride and joy. Nick's passion for cocktails - both enjoying them and working with them - is evident.
His favorite cocktail within the Craftails range is the Sailor's Spice, but he also doesn't say no to a good Mai Tai.
Since August 2022, Nick has joined the team at Craftails, where he recently assumed the role of operational team leader. In this role, he and Gilles ensure flawless daily production and now also take charge of events and trade shows.
The family feeling at Craftails, where many were friends before they became colleagues, makes the work especially enjoyable for Nick. He is looking forward to the events, which remind him of his time in the hospitality industry and where the direct contact with people and the cozy atmosphere are to his liking.
Nick is especially curious about the future growth of Craftails and the adventures ahead. Outside of work, he enjoys the company of friends and family, loves discovering new places and planning adventure trips and city breaks. His life motto? Enjoying, in all aspects of life.
