AMBASSADOR - Mira Hoeven's professional journey is an inspiring blend of communication studies and the vibrant world of cocktails. After working as a copywriter for six years, Mira made a bold career switch to the hospitality industry in 2022, an industry for which she has harbored a deep passion since her college days.
Her adventure began with wine training at PIVA, followed by WSET training, after which she gained valuable experience as a sommelier in both Antwerp and Copenhagen. These experiences were not only educational but also provided many valuable connections within the industry.
A chance meeting with Yannick, one of the founders of Craftails, in late 2023, opened the doors to a new dimension in her career. Mira's move from wine to cocktails reflects her fascination with the complexity and aesthetics of cocktail preparation. The Manhattan, a timeless classic, tops her list of favorite cocktails.
Since 2024, Mira has strengthened the Craftails team as an ambassador for Limburg and Dutch Limburg. Her passion for the hospitality industry and insight into the needs of hospitality entrepreneurs are her greatest strengths. At Craftails she enjoys the freedom to set her own schedule, supported by a team that is always ready to support.
