His interest in cocktails was piqued when he became involved in putting together a new drink menu, focusing on mixing ingredients, balancing flavors, and creating visual masterpieces.
For Axl, working with cocktails is synonymous with freedom and creativity. His favorite cocktail, the Sailor Spice, stands for him as a perfect illustration of his passion: a complex blend of spiciness, nuttiness, and spiciness, rounded out with a refreshing twist. Convinced of the value and potential of Craftails, Axl decided to focus entirely on this new passion.
With great enthusiasm and conviction, Axl took the decision to attend a course at the European Bartender School, determined to expand his knowledge and skills in cocktails and mixology.
