The Dark and Stormy prepares you like lightning with next steps:

  1. Fill the glass with ice. 
  2. Pour 8 cl into the glass. 
  3. Add ginger ale.
  4. Stir quickly with the bar spoon through the glass. 
  5. Finish with a mint leaf and a dried slice of lime
  6. Serve it up!

Long Island Iced Tea: dreaming away of a tropical island

This world-famous long drink is sure to ring a bell. It is a punishing blend of gin, vodka, white rum, tequila and triple sec that is sure to warm some hearts. The addition of lemon, sugar and cola makes it an accessible cocktail that is very popular. 

Would anyone like a Long Island Iced Tea?

  1. Fill the glass with ice. 
  2. Pour 10 cl into the glass. 
  3. Linger with cola. 
  4. Mix briefly with a bar spoon.

Make it hot with Sailor's spice

This cocktail has the DNA of a mojito but is given a winter twist. As many as 5 different spices are added to the rum (cinnamon, cassia, clove, anise and pimento). It also contains a hazelnut syrup for a typical nutty taste. At the end, the lime adds a fresh touch to the drink. 

Do you like it extra spicy? Then finish it off with a dried chili pepper. Combined with ginger beer, you get a cocktail that will keep you warm on even the coldest days.

  1. Fill the glass with ice. 
  2. Pour 13 cl into the glass. 
  3. Fill the glass completely full of ice. 
  4. Pour in a little more ginger ale. 
  5. Finish with a straw, mint leaf, dried lime wedge and a dried chili pepper. 
  6. Serve!
