Winter dip? These winter cocktails will warm you right up!

Is it still winter now? It seems like it will never end. Don't panic! With a little love and spice, we will warm you up nicely in the last cold weeks. After all, our cocktails aren't just there to pamper you with a fresh experience in the summer. Our warm, spicy varieties are also popular with the general public. So it's high time to expand your seasonal offerings with one (or all) of our winter cocktails as well. Are you enjoying?

Caribbean Coffee

This might be one of our favorites, but don't tell anyone! The Caribbean Coffee is so much more than the taste of coffee. It is a heartwarming drink based on a Caribbean rum. Which is balanced with the irresistible flavors of baked apple, candy sugar and cinnamon. What sounds better than that?

This cocktail tastes complex but is super easy to make. You heat up the cocktail by steaming it for a while. This gives the Caribbean Coffee a creamy layer of foam. So there's no need to add extra cream! It's best to serve the cocktail in a nice, large wine glass. And then you just have to taste it and sink back in your chair. Delightful!

Irish Coffee

Fancy something punishing? The Irish Coffee is a must-have on your menu! Warming, cozy and atmospheric. With our version, we stay true to the classic recipe. We chose a delicious Irish whiskey, a flavorful coffee blend and muscovado sugar with a slight toffee flavor. '"One is one," they sometimes say. You get that feeling after the first sip. The cocktail is perfectly balanced and tastes like more.

You prepare the Irish Coffee by steaming the cocktail until it is hot. Then all you have to do is pour the cocktail into the glass and finish with lightly whipped cream. Sláinte!

Sailor's Spice

And do you want to make it really spicy? Then the Sailors Spice might be the ideal cocktail to put on your winter menu. You can compare this aromatic drink to a Mojito, but it takes on a special, spicy effect. We start with a base of rum, which is infused with a mix of five spices. You taste cinnamon, cloves, anise, cassia and pimento. A sweet syrup of hazelnut creates a surprising effect, while a hint of lime adds the necessary freshness to the cocktail. The spicy ginger beer adds even more character.

Sound complex? It's very simple! You fill your glass with ice and pour the cocktail into the glass. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with mint, a dried lime wedge and dried chili pepper.
